1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 903ph platform, creating an account, or using any of the services offered by 903ph, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of 903ph, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any party accessing the platform for any purpose. The use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms, and continued use after amendments or modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

903ph reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Such refusal may include denying account registration, suspending existing accounts, or terminating access to the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

• Your date of birth

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 903ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 903ph detects that a user has created or is operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended or terminated, and all funds and winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 903ph account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs under your account — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and communications with customer support — is deemed to be authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 903ph customer support immediately.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

903ph monitors all account activity for security purposes and to detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorised use. 3.3 Prohibition on Account Transfers

Your 903ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or to use an account registered in another person's name is prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the 903ph platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the platform in any manner that violates any applicable Philippine law or regulation, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use of the platform.

4.2 Personal Use Only

The 903ph platform is intended for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use of the platform, including but not limited to operating the platform on behalf of a third party, aggregating bets from multiple individuals, or using the platform as part of any business or professional activity, is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Software and Technology Restrictions

You agree not to use any software, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other technological means to access the platform, place bets, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform. The use of such tools is considered cheating and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

903ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods for users in the Philippines:

• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — same business day processing

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — 903ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawals associated with bonus funds are permitted.

5.3 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any 903ph deposit is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, 903ph reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, reverse any winnings made using the disputed funds, and pursue recovery of those funds through all available legal means.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

903ph is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended. All transactions are monitored for compliance. 903ph is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation. Users must not use the 903ph platform for any money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins issued by 903ph are subject to expiry dates. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the bonus validity period. Specific expiry periods are communicated with each offer.

7. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 903ph platform — including slot games, live dealer games, virtual table games, sports betting markets, bingo, and e-sabong — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming infrastructure. All outcomes in e-sabong are determined by the actual result of the cockfighting event streamed through the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 903ph platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one 903ph account
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the platform from a restricted geographic location
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage

9. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

9.1 Suspension and Termination by 903ph

903ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; regulatory requirements; or at the sole discretion of 903ph.

In cases where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, all funds and winnings held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited, including pending withdrawals.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 903ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, provided that no outstanding verification requirements remain. Funds held in your account balance will be returned to a verified payment method in your name following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond 903ph's reasonable control. 903ph shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from unavailability of the platform.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 903ph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms.

In no event shall 903ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Gambling Risk Disclaimer
